They worked so hard for us to sell our home. Tonio gave up most his weekends for half a year! It is with total confidence that we recommend Tonio and Christina.
Just making the decision to purchase a home is daunting enough without even considering "what's to come". Luckily for us, we knew Munkberg / Bianca Realty Group was going to make this process seamless.
As soon as we decided to stop renting and throwing away our money, Christina and Tonio took control. They started selecting home options immediately and scheduling showings.
When we found the right fit, they were off again pulling comps to figure out our initial offer price. In the meantime, they recommended Mortgage Brokers for us to contact and get started on our financing.

I highly recommend Christina and her partner Tonio! They were amazing to work with for multiple reasons. They were very respectful, responsive, knowledgable, competent, and helpful. As a first time home seller, they explained everything to me, sometimes more than once without griping. I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise, and especially impressed with their photography and the 360 degree virtual tour! The photos made my house look so amazing, I was almost worried that buyers would see it in person and wonder if it was the same house!
They also made great recommendations for both how to make improvements on my house and how to stage it, as well as recommend professionals that were responsive, courteous, and affordable. We listed my house not long after Hurricane Irma (and roof damage), and I had 3 offers within the first few days, and accepted an offer about one week after listing the house. While viewings were happening, Christina and Tonio were very willing to work with me and take my dogs for a walk if I couldn't be there.
They made me feel like I was their only client even though I am sure they were very busy! They were present at closing and gave me an awesome gift basket at the end. I feel like they are very committed to their profession and doing everything to the best of their ability, and it shows!

We hit a few roadblocks with logistics of closing but she was persistent and dedicated I don't feel for a minute she was just in it for a paycheck. 100% recommended!!
